About the returns from the eshop

The return is accepted up to 1 week from the date of receipt of the product. The returned product must be in the same condition in which you received it.

Refunds are not available!

More specifically, the following should apply:

The shoes must not have been worn and used

The garment should not have been worn
It should not have been washed
And it should be returned with his tag on it.
The transport costs for the return are borne by the customer. Once we receive the product and examine that it is in intact condition we will contact you for a replacement.

You must send the product together with the original receipt and the return form, otherwise the return will not be accepted, without exceptions. The return process starts as soon as we receive the product, and if the product meets the return conditions (it is not damaged, missing tags, etc.).
The receipt must be included for all Returns, without exception. For changes you can send a copy of your receipt.

If you wish to return your order, you can easily return it in the original packaging within 10 calendar days from the date you received your order, following the return procedure. Products to be returned are posted at your own risk, so we recommend that they are well packed in a sealed parcel.
All returned products must be in the original condition in which you received them. Any damage or damage caused will result in the non-acceptance of the return, without exceptions.
